Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or place an order through a parent or guardian. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Order acceptance is confirmed when we send a dispatch confirmation, subject to any rights already arising under applicable law. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for the cancelled portion.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are disclosed before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We may correct genuine product or pricing errors before acceptance; if a change affects your order, we will contact you and allow you to cancel for a refund rather than charge an increased amount without agreement.
Products and use
Check the product description, net quantity, ingredients, instructions and precautions before ordering. Packaging may change, but supplied goods must match their material description. Website images and screen colours can vary. Such differences do not excuse supplying a different, defective or misdescribed product. Use every product only for its stated purpose.
